Hand made by award winning Navajo artist, Calvin Martinez, this magnificent piece features both gorgeous turquoise and craftsmanship. Each of the twenty one rare high grade natural Carico Lake Supreme turquoise cabochons includes vibrant hues of both blue and green with tight tan and chocolate-brown spiderweb matrix. The artist performed with a tremendous amount of skill and precision making the piece from labor intensive hand rolled and hammered ingot sterling silver. There are a total of thirteen conchos with a superb amount of detail. Fine thin lines fan out from the hand chiseled bezel of the stones with crescent shaped patterns used around the outer edges. Each concho is also backed with reddish-brown leather. The buckle of the piece contains amazing reposse work with beautiful designs that flare out in each of the four corners.
