This exceptional overlay ring hand made by award winning Navajo artist, Tommy Jackson, features marvelous turquoise and craftsmanship. The gem grade natural cabochon is from the famous Candelaria turquoise mine in Nevada which is now inactive. Glowing with an exquisite deep blue hue and tight reddish-brown matrix, the stone has an amazing amount of depth and is encircled with a hand chiseled bezel. A smooth outer edge on the ring face accentuates the stone. In addition, the artist placed an incredible Navajo rug pattern design that extends the length of the shank. The arrowhead pattern is brought out with dark oxidation in heavy gauge sterling silver.
