Jack Tom – Navajo
Jack Tom, born of the Ashiihi or Salt clan, was raised in Smoke Signal Arizona. He is a self taught silver and gold smith who began his career in 1971. He is known for his sleek contemporary jewelry, particularly his striking and innovative beads. Jack shows regularly at the heard museum show and Santa Fe Indian market. He is profiled in Mark Bahtis book Silver and Stone.
