Jennifer Curtis-Navajo
Jennifer Curtis, daughter of the famed Navajo silversmith Thomas Curtis, grew up on the Navajo reservation in Arizona. As a child she helped her father as he made his pieces and learned silversmithing in her father’s unique style.
Specializing in heavy gauge sterling silver, she uses her father’s hand made stamps to create a look like no other. Born and raised in Keams Canyon in the heart of traditional Navajo culture she creates one of a kind traditional but innovative pieces of jewelry so fine that it can only be considered art. She has won many first place prizes at the Santa Fe Indian Market.
