Joseph Coriz Pilot Mountain Spiderweb Turquoise Double Sided Overlay Bracelet

This marvelous bracelet, one of Joseph’s finest, features a triangular shaped gem from the Pilot Mountains of north central Nevada. The natural cabochon is deep translucent blue green with rich chocolate spiderweb matrix. This look is among the most exotic color of any turquoise we have seen from Nevada. It sits in a high deeply chiseled bezel on a shank that incorporates the stone as one with the shank. To the left are rain clouds and lightning symbols near the Pueblo. The clans gather, symbolized by fish, a turtle and a bear. To the right are the cornfields nourished by the rain falling from the clouds. The inside of the bracelet is just as impressive. The clans gather under the night sky celebrating the crops and the rain. In the middle under the turquoise is a Pueblo woman holding a basket of maize. To her right the rain is celebrated under the night sky that twinkles with 14 karat gold moon and stars. The people migrated to this fertile region. The hands of men allowed them to flourish by raising their crops near the village.
