Thompson Platero was one of the finest smiths of the 60s and early 70s. His pieces today are rarely seen. The authentic arrowhead in the piece was collected by Charles Eagleplume and custom designed for his famous gallery in Allenspark Colorado. The bolo is stamped in Thompson's signature style with strips of sterling holding the arrowhead in place. The tips are also one of a kind and marvelous for the era.
