The cabochon glows from the beautiful design of the piece with an eye-dazzling hue of deep Bisbee blue with classic reddish-brown matrix produced at the mine. The labor intensive ingot sterling silver is rolled, cut out and hammered into the present shape. The shank is then deeply stamped and oxidized and the scallops are overlaid next to the hand chiseled bezel and braided wire encircling the stone. This exquisite cabochon is no exception as it glows from Navajo artist Leonard Nez's elegant heavy gauge setting.
