Seven perfectly matched gem grade natural Bisbee turquoise cabochons were selected by Navajo jeweler Ned Nez to create this marvelous row bracelet. A row of Bisbee gems of this quality has always been a rarity, but today is seldom encountered. The gems are deep purple blue with smoky reddish-brown matrix found only in the lavender pit of this famous depleted mine. They are set in traditional bezels surrounded with thick hand braided wire and separated with distinctive hand made stars. The inside of the shank is elegantly stamped in Ned's signature style completing the piece.

Atop this fine bracelet sits a large gem grade natural Bisbee turquoise cabochon from the lavender pit. Two perfectly matched gems sit down either side of the shank. All three are classic Bisbee blue with swirling smoky reddish-brown matrix only found at this famous and now depleted mine in Arizona. Navajo jeweler Kee Yazzie has surrounded the gems with dozens of intricately hand cut petroglyph designs which he has expertly overlaid on the shank. The lower layer of sterling is hand etched and deeply oxidized to set off the exceptional intricate detail that is used create this modern masterpiece.

Continuing his innovative illustration of prehistoric design elements, Navajo jeweler Michael Perry has created one of his finest bracelets. He has chosen a perfectly cut gem grade natural Morenci turquoise cabochon to highlight the center of the piece. The gem is classic Morenci blue with flecks of iron pyrite matrix. It sits in a perfect hand chiseled bezel. To one side is a longhair Kachina created out of onyx, Morenci turquoise and Mediterranean coral. This figure exemplifies the advanced talent of this fine artist. Below the figure is an arrowhead inlaid with Carico Lake turquoise with fine ovals of micro coral to the sides. On the other side is a striking "hand of man" figure inlaid with oxblood coral holding a tiny sacred turquoise in the palm. This level of skill in silverwork, overlay and lapidary is found only in the most talented jewelers of our time.

Navajo jeweler Michael Perry has evolved his highly skilled jewelry creations to emphasize innovative designs with a focus on his indigenous heritage. This gorgeous bracelet is created by overlaying a complex design on the shank. On one side is the parrot which was common in the prehistoric Southwest. The parrot is inlaid with gem grade natural Mediterranean oxblood coral raised in a bubble formation that extends to the birds sterling silver tail. Coral is inlaid the entire length of the outer edges of the bracelet as well. On the top and side are two gem grade natural Morenci spiderweb turquoise cabochons set in finely chiseled bezels. This mine is no longer producing turquoise and the stones represent the finest quality. Between them lightning bolts flash and arrows soar.

This striking one of a kind ring was created by Navajo jeweler Darryl Dean Begay. The piece was created through the labor intensive process of hand carving tufa stone to cast the beautiful thunderbird designs present on the sides for tribal effect. An exceptional large gem grade natural Bisbee turquoise is placed on top of the shank encircled with a beautiful hand cut bezel. The gem is classic Bisbee blue with swirls of chocolate and reddish-brown matrix throughout. The turquoise represents the finest quality from this famous but now depleted mine in Arizona.

Darryl Dean Begay is the great master of tufa cast jewelry. This bracelet is one of his finest and most beautiful creations. The bracelet is wide and heavy with three delicate shimmering dragonflies floating on a silver sea. Atop the bracelet shank sits a magnificent rare gem grade natural Indian Mountain spiderweb turquoise cabochon. Virtually never seen today in this grade, the large striking gem is sky blue with a light green tint against dark chocolate-brown spiderweb matrix. The gem is set in a wide heavy solid eighteen karat gold bezel designed to set off the quality of this exquisite turquoise.

Navajo jeweler Michael Perry is a master of raised and flat inlay techniques in combination with beautiful and unique overlay. This fine buckle has a ketoh design that is overlaid on heavy gauge sterling silver. The background is finely etched and gem grade natural Mediterranean oxblood coral is inlaid in a gorgeous raised bubble effect. The entire outer edge is also inlaid in red coral to match. All of these wonderful accents serve to enhance the beautiful electric gem grade natural black web Kingman turquoise cabochon at its center.

Blue Star is a small hat claim in north central Nevada that has produced a tiny amount of fine gem grade natural spiderweb turquoise. This exquisite example has striking gold, chocolate and black webbing found in multiple layers set against a deep blue sky background. It is set on a heavy ten gauge ring shank encircled with in an intricate hand chiseled bezel. The shank has beautiful incised lines that flare out from the underside of the ring face to set off the beauty of this rare and seldom seen gem.

Art Deco master Albert Nells has created this elegant bracelet out of sterling silver using an amazing combination of overlay and inlay techniques. The precise and lovely design is overlaid onto the deeply oxidized shank with intricate coils on one side. A perfect single feather sits on the opposite side that flares out widely for effect. Inlay of white mother of pearl, red coral, blue spiderweb turquoise and black jet symbolize the four sacred colors.

Spiderweb Dry Creek turquoise of this natural gem grade is seldom encountered. This incredible cabochon is a lustrous white with a blue tint amongst fine chocolate host rock matrix. The gem sits in a hand chiseled shadowbox encircled with braided wire beneath the bezel. The elegant shank of the ring is beautifully stamped in Ned's signature style on either side.
