This striking bracelet is made entirely from rolled and hammered ingot sterling silver. The ingot is created from molten silver and rolled into a thick shank. The band is deeply stamped through the middle. Fine scallops and droplets are made and overlaid on either side. A fabulous thick cut high domed natural Ithaca Peak turquoise is placed in an unusual hand cut and stamped bezel. This bezel design was first seen in the 1930s and is rarely created today. The turquoise of the piece is from the artist's private collection and was mined in the 1970s. The gem is deep multi hued blue with quartz host rock matrix and marvelous depth and luster.

This gorgeous ring features a stunning large gem grade natural Blue Gem turquoise cabochon. The specimen is deep aqua blue-green with incredible depth and luster. This is the highest grade of turquoise found at this depleted mine. The gem was discovered in the early 1970s and is seldom seen on today's market. It is encircled by a hand chiseled bezel unique to the artist and sits on a heavy ten gauge sterling silver shank that is deeply stamped and textured for effect. A large gem grade natural black web Kingman turquoise has been chosen to set atop this gorgeous ring. The cabochon represents the very finest quality from the mine and is a marvelous deep blue with incredibly fine pin point black spiderweb matrix. This quality is seldom encountered due to the complexity of the webbing and depth of hue. The stone is encircled by a hand chiseled bezel, perfectly filed and cut. The shank is the ideal compliment to the beauty of the cabochon as well and is created out of two pieces of sterling silver. One piece has precisely cut petroglyph designs and is overlaid on to the second that is etched and oxidized to create the eye-dazzling effect. Julian Lovato is one of the great pioneers of modern Native American jewelry. He started his career in the 1940s working at Frank Patania's famous design shop in Santa Fe. This marvelous example of his creative innovative style was created in the late 1990s. The hand made chain for the necklace is his signature loop design, complex and beautifully simple. Ten gem grade natural Lone Mountain turquoise cabochons from the artist's private collection are set in hand made bezels on the heavy chain of the piece. The links are attached to a striking Bisbee turquoise gem that is then connected to a hand made pendant shaped in a floral leaf design. The pendant is made from thick heavy gauge sterling silver as well adding a nice weight and comfortable feel when worn at the neckline. Five outstanding Lone Mountain cabochons are set in the pendant in a unique pattern for effect. The finished necklace is a masterpiece, rare and highly collectible. Examples of Julian's work are seldom seen today and it is an event in itself.
